We are looking for a leader with strategic vision and solid experience in Data, Analytics, and AI, capable of connecting technology with business results, driving automation initiatives, predictive models, data governance, and executive decision-making.

This position will play a key role within the company's digital transformation, leading specialized teams in Databases, BI, Analytics, and Data Governance, collaborating directly with executive and operational areas to enable a Data Driven culture at an organizational level.

WHAT WILL BE THE CHALLENGE?

• Design and evolve the corporate Data & AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Convert operational data into strategic information for executive decision-making.
• Drive advanced analytics, automation, and Artificial Intelligence capabilities within the organization.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams focused on Databases, BI, Analytics, and Data Governance.
• Modernize data architectures and strengthen capabilities in governance, quality, and information exploitation.
• Promote the adoption of AI, Machine Learning, and intelligent automation technologies in key business processes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Business Intelligence, advanced analytics, and data science initiatives.
• Design data architectures for executive KPIs, dashboards, and enterprise analytical models.
• Manage projects related to Machine Learning, predictive models, classification, time series, and AI applied to the business.
• Manage the lifecycle of analytical models through MLOps practices.
• Drive automation, generative AI, and intelligent agent initiatives oriented toward operational efficiency.
• Ensure the governance, integrity, availability, and quality of corporate information.
• Coordinate technical documentation, metadata, and data structure strategies.
• Collaborate with Management and operational areas to translate business needs into high-impact analytical solutions.
• Lead the technological evolution of the company's data ecosystem.

REQUIREMENTS

• Engineering in Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Data, BI, Analytics, Data Governance, or AI areas.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures, Data Warehouse, Data Lake, or Lakehouse.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools and enterprise analytics.
• Knowledge in Machine Learning, applied AI, automation, and predictive models.
• Experience in Oracle, SQL Server databases, and NoSQL technologies.
• Desirable experience in Big Data environments and Cloud platforms.
• Intermediate English.
