DESCRIPTION:

Design and implement innovative talent attraction strategies that ensure the identification, capture, and retention of highly qualified professionals, aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization, strengthening the employer brand and optimizing selection processes to guarantee efficiency and satisfaction for both candidates and requesting areas.

SCHEDULE:

8:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 6:30:00 pm

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years in recruitment and selection (with a focus on corporate or operational positions), preferably with experience in leadership roles.
  • Intermediate level English.
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Human Resources software (ATS - Applicant Tracking Systems), management of metrics and data analysis.
