Dispatcher Shipping & Transport Control (m/f/d)

Your Tasks:

• Negotiation, planning, and dispatching of transports and logistical services in the field of freight and forwarding management, as well as processing promotional business in food retail
• Support of the team in all relevant management systems (transport, time slots, loading equipment, and complaint management)
• Import and export administration
• General administrative and service tasks as well as master data maintenance

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a Kaufmann für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in the field of logistics, shipping, and forwarding within an industrial company
• Good English skills in speaking and writing, as well as good MS-Office skills
• Assertiveness, high commitment, flexibility, and reliability
• Enjoyment of working in a team
