For our client, we are looking for a Component Systems Engineer (m/f/d) in Jena starting immediately. Your Tasks

• Development of new components and parts with a variety of functions and interconnections according to the module development process
• Development of concepts, specifications, and design solutions
• Ensuring timely, functional, assembly-compliant, and cost-effective provision of components for further development steps
• Coordination and implementation of testing for assemblies and initiating further developments
• Support in the preparation and management of external development services

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Maschinenbau (m/f/d), Sondermaschinenbau (m/f/d), Konstruktion (m/f/d) or comparable
• Professional experience in the development and commissioning of systems in Sondermaschinenbau
• Experience with compliance with requirements for ISO5 cleanrooms is an advantage
• Experience in an agile project environment as well as in handling software and tools for project and requirements management such as Azure DevOps and Polarion
• An independent, goal-oriented, and structured way of working as well as a high capacity for innovation
• The ability to collaborate efficiently with internal interfaces and global development partners
• Knowledge in handling Office 365 and the ERP system SAP
• Experience with the CAD system CREO
• Willingness to travel for project tasks (irregularly 1-3 days)
• Good written and spoken English skills
