Shop Specialist (m/f/d) / Fixed-Term Contract

paper republic is one of the world’s fastest growing brand of premium notebooks and leather accessories. We design, produce, and ship our notebooks directly to 300.000 customers worldwide through our own ecommerce website. We are a dynamic international team of over 135 people with more than 30 nationalities who like to develop and implement ideas together. Based in the heart of the 9th district in Vienna, paper republic HQ spread over 1000sqm, bringing together production, warehouse, office and shop in the first district, making it a unique, fun, and beautiful place to work.

We are looking for a Shop Specialist (m/f/d, 24h/week) in the heart of Vienna who is passionate about premium brands and creating positive customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities

You will advise customers, support our daily shop operations, and represent our brand.

You’ll create a memorable customer experience through your guidance and service

You’ll drive sales success with targeted upselling and teamwork to meet store goals

You’ll ensure merchandise is presented according to brand guidelines

You’ll build strong customer relationships and brand loyalty and promote brand loyalty with premium in-store experience

You’ll collaborate with our marketing team by occasionally taking on the task of filming exciting behind-the-scenes moments or customer stories and providing the footage to the marketing team

You’ll support the café team in the shop whenever needed and possible

Your Profile

You have a passion for customer experience & personalized services, brand storytelling, and community-building.

Having an interest in journaling is a plus

Having basic retail or customer service experience is a plus

You ideally have experience in Content Creation

You are fluent in English and possess basic German language skills; other languages are a plus

This is a fixed-term position until the end of January, with the possibility of extension into a permanent position.

The 24-hour position is for two fixed days and one additional day in a week
