Thanks to your skills, you will:

• Manage the analytical pole composed of 4 technicians and laboratory assistants,
• Organize the laboratory activity in order to respond in a timely and high-quality manner to various requests,
• Guarantee the laboratory's service provisions in terms of deadlines, cost, and delivery of services by prioritizing activity and your interlocutors,
• Perform analyses, write reports, and provide informed and reasoned opinions to your interlocutors based on their requests,
• Be in charge of delivering all the studies entrusted to you, such as wheat campaign qualifications in their entirety,
• Be in contact with all requesters (internal and external) in order to interpret results related to the analyses,
• Conduct monitoring of new analytical methods and continuous improvement of your activity.

You hold an engineering degree or a doctorate and have at least 5 years of experience, ideally within a laboratory in the agri-food sector on primary and secondary processing products. Furthermore, you have an analytical sensitivity, good knowledge of statistics, as well as mastery of various equipment. Initial managerial experience is expected for the position. Proficiency in professional English (oral and written) is expected. Organized and rigorous, you demonstrate method and leadership in taking charge of your activity and have a sense of prioritization. Additionally, endowed with excellent interpersonal skills, you represent Panzani both internally and externally.
