Thanks to your skills, you will:

ESG reporting management:

• Collect, consolidate, and analyze ESG indicators.
• Ensure the quality, traceability, and consistency of data.
• Lead the network of internal contributors.
• Update reporting procedures and methodological frameworks.
• Participate in the improvement of collection and consolidation tools.
• Ensure the update of the scope by integrating new entities (acquisitions, international subsidiaries).

Sustainability report coordination

• Manage the preparation of the annual sustainability report.
• Coordinate internal and external contributors.
• Guarantee compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the drafting of ESG content.
• Ensure compliance with the publication schedule.

ESG data audit and assurance

• Prepare ESG data verification campaigns.
• Act as the primary contact for external auditors.
• Compile evidence files.
• Manage the implementation of audit recommendations.
• Strengthen internal controls on data quality.

Extra-financial questionnaires and assessments

• Manage responses to EcoVadis, CoP Global Compact questionnaires, and external questionnaires from clients, banks, etc.
• Consolidate evidence and coordinate contributors.
• Ensure the follow-up of progress plans.

Contribution to structuring CSR projects

• Contribute to the climate/carbon strategy and the monitoring of decarbonization trajectories as well as associated action plans.
• Implement product LCA (Life Cycle Assessments).
• Contribute to the Responsible Purchasing policy.
• Participate in supplier evaluation processes.
• Develop ESG management tools and indicators.

Eager to join us? You are:

• Holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in CSR/ESG, sustainable development, audit, or sustainable finance, and have 1 to 3 years of experience in ESG reporting, extra-financial audit, or ESG consulting.
• Comfortable with CSRD/ESRS issues, ESG reporting, data analysis, and Excel.
• Recognized for your rigor, analytical spirit, organizational skills, and interpersonal and writing skills.
• Proactive, you enjoy driving topics forward and working in project mode.
• Capable of evolving in an international environment thanks to your professional English.
