As part of a replacement, we are recruiting our future Group CSR & HSE Manager M/F on a CDI basis at our Luitré-Dompierre site (near Fougères, 35). Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will propose, build, and deploy the Group's CSR, Health, Safety, and Environment policy in France and Germany. You will combine strategic vision, regulatory requirements, and a strong field presence to transform the Group's orientations into concrete and sustainable results. You will directly manage a team of two employees in France and implement the functional animation of a network of representatives across the different sites. Furthermore, you will establish working relationships with the team based in Germany to align common group practices.
Your main responsibilities: Define and drive the CSR & HSE strategy Propose a three-to-five-year Group roadmap, define priorities, and manage the associated action plans and indicators.
Integrate CSR and EHS issues into the Group's projects, investments, and decisions.
Anticipate regulatory developments and the expectations of customers and stakeholders.
Advance the Health – Safety culture Deploy a prevention culture based on managerial exemplarity, accountability, and the reporting of risk situations.
Drive the analysis of accidents, incidents, and near-misses and monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Be present in the field with managers and teams: audits, risk analyses, prevention plans, emergencies, ergonomics, chemical risks, fire, and ATEX.
Co-facilitate CSSCT meetings in France and contribute to improving workstation ergonomics.
Drive environmental performance Coordinate actions related to energy, water, waste, emissions, and pollution prevention.
Drive management systems and certifications, notably ISO 14001 and ISO 50001.
Structure the CSR / ESG approach Drive the CSR roadmap, evaluations related to tenders (hospital or EcoVadis).
Organize and ensure the reliability of CSR reporting and contribute to topics of responsible purchasing, ethics, social policy, diversity, and quality of life at work.
Prepare communication elements relating to the Group's commitments and results.
Guarantee compliance and animate the collective Ensure regulatory monitoring, coordinate audits, and support relations with competent authorities and organizations.
Manage the French HSE team, manage the budget, and animate the France-Germany correspondent network.
Lead performance reviews, awareness campaigns, training, and internal bodies within the scope.
Your profile With a higher education degree of Bac+5 (engineering school, Master HSE/QHSE, environment, sustainable development, or equivalent), you have at least ten years of experience in a comparable role, acquired in a demanding and regulated industrial environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, cosmetic, or agri-food industry is a real asset. You have already managed a multi-site EHS approach, animated management systems, and led cross-functional projects. You master Health-Safety-Environment regulations, risk analyses, audits, and ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 standards. You also have a good understanding of CSR issues, carbon footprint, CSR evaluations, and associated reporting.
