Operational Quality Assurance Officer M/F - CDI

You will participate in manufacturing injectable medicines every day that help treat and save lives worldwide. Through three production sites in France and Germany, the Panpharma Group has recognized expertise in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of injectable medicines. As part of a replacement, we are recruiting for an Operational Quality Assurance Officer position. Reporting to the Site Quality Assurance Manager, your main mission is to ensure the quality of manufactured products with regard to GMP and their regulatory compliance. You will intervene on products manufactured at our production site and through subcontracting.

You are the primary contact in case of quality issues, notably to intervene on the manufacturing line;

You evaluate and investigate deviations (root cause and impact analysis) and actively participate in the definition, implementation, and follow-up of associated CAPA, in connection with the relevant departments;

You participate in the review of batch records;

You ensure the certification/release of manufactured batches as well as the confirmation of raw material mixtures purchased;

You participate in change control activities;

You participate in the performance of annual product reviews;

You participate in the processing of complaints;

You are involved in industrial and improvement projects.

You participate in self-inspections and external audits.

You are recognized for your communication skills, teamwork, rigor, autonomy, and your ability to take initiative and make decisions. You enjoy field work and demonstrate reactivity and common sense. You have good writing skills. Holding a pharmacist degree, you have a first experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Production in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally related to sterile processes.

You are proficient in the Office pack and have a good level of English (written and oral). Position based in Beignon, full-time. Hours are mostly during the day, with the possibility of occasional shifts (5am-1pm; 1pm-9pm) representing approximately 2 weeks per year spread throughout the year.

Your compensation package: 13-month salary
