You will participate in manufacturing injectable medicines every day that help treat and save lives worldwide. Through three production sites in France and Germany, the Panpharma Group has recognized expertise in the development, manufacturing, and distribution of injectable medicines. Reporting to the responsable business development - MD, your main missions will be as follows: Analyze national and international pharmaceutical markets, understanding therapeutic management strategies to identify opportunities and trends.
Centralize, structure, and interpret key data (medical, pharmaceutical, competitive, commercial, financial) to build business cases and enable decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the business development, marketing, sales, finance, development, and regulatory teams to collect necessary information and contribute to project evaluation.
Develop strategic recommendations for management.
Participate in defining business development action plans and monitoring performance indicators.
Autonomously ensure the development of an opportunity portfolio in coordination with Panpharma teams and potential partners.
With a Master's degree (Bac+5), you have dual business and scientific skills: a business school or specialization in business analysis, strategy, data analytics, combined with training as a pharmacist, engineer, or equivalent degree. You have 2 to 5 years of successful experience in market analysis, business intelligence, or business development in the healthcare sector. You have perfect mastery of data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent). You are recognized for your rigor, your analytical capacity, and your attention to detail. You have a team spirit, interpersonal ease, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. You wish to work within a human-sized team in a collaborative and innovative working atmosphere within a laboratory recognized for its values. You wish to work on stimulating projects with a high impact on the company's strategy. A good level of professional English is indispensable. Position based in Saint-Cloud (92), full-time.
