A responsible and committed laboratory, our ambition is to be an independent European leader in the field of essential medicines. We develop, produce, and market injectable generic medicines for hospitals and clinics. Through three production sites in France and Germany, we specialize in the fields of injectable generic antibiotics, anesthetics, and analgesics.

In the context of a temporary increase in activity within our Nordic & UK subsidiaries, we are recruiting for a 12-month CDD contract, starting October 1st, 2026, an Export Sales Administration Assistant (M/F) for our Luitré-Dompierre site (approximately 40 min from Rennes).

Reporting to the Export Sales Manager, for our international markets (via local distributors), as well as for our subsidiaries in the United Kingdom and Nordic countries, your main missions will be as follows:

  • Administer sales: process and enter orders, invoices, and credit notes;
  • Coordinate product supply for our markets, from demand planning to the digital receipt of products in our subsidiaries;
  • Organize shipments and prepare export documentation;
  • Ensure customer relations by responding to various requests;
  • Provide support to sales teams for the preparation of tenders;
  • Perform customer follow-ups regarding payment delays;
  • Record complaints and perform follow-ups;
  • Work in close collaboration with support departments (supply, quality, finance);
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes to guarantee customer service quality;
  • Identify, collect, and transmit incoming data regarding pharmacovigilance, distribution, and quality;
  • Provide support to the sales department by handling monthly reporting.

Rigorous, you have excellent interpersonal skills, ease of communication, enjoy contact, and have a sense of service.

Previous experience in an ADV position is indispensable. Knowledge of pharma / the healthcare industry is a plus. You are comfortable with IT tools. Good knowledge of enterprise management software (ERP), such as M3, SAP, or Sage, would be a plus. Dynamic and reactive, you know how to manage priorities and adapt to unforeseen circumstances. You have a very good level of English, both written and spoken.

Education level: Bac +2 or Bac +3 - type BTS or BUT in commerce or management.

Working time: 32h/week
