Travel Design & Reservation (French Speaking)

Responsibilities:

• Create and design travel itineraries based on client needs.
• Book flights, hotels, transport, and tours.
• Confirm and manage reservations accurately.
• Provide travel advice and customer support.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and problem-solving during trips.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and travel documents.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in French language, is a MUST.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Tourism/French Language Literature)
• Have experiences or fresh graduates are welcome
• Extrovert personality and able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
• Energetic, goal-oriented and outcome-driven
• Knowledgeable in different cultures and enjoy learning new cultures or at least reading books, articles or other resources that provide information regarding cultures
• Willing to travel overseas for business trip
