*Job Scope for HR Recruiters*

*Key Responsibilities:*

• *Talent Acquisition*: Identify and attract top talent through strategic sourcing, job postings, social media, job fairs, and innovative recruitment.

• *Candidate Screening*: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications.

• *Collaboration*: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide regular recruitment updates.

• *Onboarding and Hiring*: Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience.

• *Administrative Tasks*: Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and databases.

• *Employer Branding*: Represent the company as a brand ambassador, fostering positive candidate relationships and promoting our employer brand.

*Job Requirements*

• At least have 5 years experiences, preferable from F&B field.
• Have CEI will be advantage
• Strong skills in full-cycle recruitment process
