Quantity Surveyor Cost Planner

Review drawings, specifications, BOQ, and project scope.

Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQ, cost estimates, and project budgets .

Prepare unit rate analysis for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor works.

Review and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.

Prepare tender and proposal pricing.

Support procurement and subcontractor negotiations.

Monitor project costs against the approved budget.

Prepare and evaluate Variation Orders (VO) and cost impacts.

Assist with project cost forecasting and final account.

Coordinate with Design, Project, Procurement, and Finance teams.

Identify cost risks and opportunities for cost saving / value engineering

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related fields.

Relevant experience in quantity surveying, estimating, cost planning, or cost control .

Experience in interior fit-out / office renovation / construction is preferred.

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Able to read construction and interior drawings.

Strong knowledge of construction materials and pricing.

Good Excel skills and comfortable working with large quantities of data.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
