Test Manager/Test Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure quality of products
• Manage a testing team(automation and manual test) to ensure product quality.
• Make Test Strategy, Test Policy, Test Plan
• Requirement/specification analysis
• Define process to Create Test design and test cases.
• Report: Making quality reports to customers based on test results output.
• Communicate with other project stakeholders to ensure the quality of the functions/modules that you are assigned.
• Manage (assign tasks, review the work products, training) subordinate testers.
• Continuously Kaizen working process

REQUIREMENTS:

[General requirements]

• At least 4 years experienced in system/application testing (IT/ST)
• Experienced in leading a testing project or a testing team with the size up to 5 testers.
• Experienced in test strategy, Test policy, Test planning.
• Can make Test design, test case to ensure quality of a system/application.
• Experienced in management tools such as JIRA, Redmine
• Logical thinking and Self-motivated & proactive.
• English skills: Fluent in speaking, writing

[Preferred requirements]

• Have testing in web domain testing, API testing, Data base testing.
• Have testing in Factory/IoT domain.
• Have automation testing skill/experience.
• Have software development skill/experience.
• Have Japanese skill.
• Good understanding of software development life cycle & common using software development process: CMMI, Agile …
• Have ISTQB certificate.
