System Setup Specialist (5-Months Contract)

Contract Duration: 5 months (December2026 – April 2027) Location: In Office: 202 Bedok South Ave 1, Blk B, #02-11, Singapore 469332 Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-driven System Setup Specialist to support a large-scale cloud platform replacement project. The successful candidate will be responsible for manually configuring system settings through a user-friendly web interface in the new cloud platform based on system settings of the existing cloud system. As system setting tasks will be performed continuously from one customer to the next, the candidate must be able to work independently and consistently deliver accurate configurations for each customer within strict deadline with minimal supervision. Job Description Manually configure device system settings through a web-based user interface such as device naming, device schedule and timer configuration, operational parameters, and floor plan configuration. Record existing customer configuration from legacy cloud platforms, like device schedule timer settings or other settings. Manage multiple customer migration projects concurrently while ensuring quality and timeliness. Maintain detailed migration records, progress tracking, and documentation. Ensure all customer configurations are completed according to agreed timelines, with accuracy and service-level expectations.

Minimum Qualification Diploma or Polytechnic qualification in any discipline, training and guideline will be provided. Prior experience in configuring operational schedules and system settings or data entry through a web-based user interface is preferred. No software development or programming experience required.
