Hostess - Hacienda Alsacia

The Host is responsible for the integral visitor experience in the access spaces, welcome area, cafeteria, shop, waiting areas, viewpoints, and transition points toward other Hacienda Alsacia experiences. They work coordinately with baristas, guides, security, cleaning, shop, and maintenance. They are not just a person who receives or provides information. They are the one who observes the complete experience, identifies needs, and mobilizes the team to resolve them. -Requirements- Minimum education: Bachillerato / Educación Media 2 years of experience Languages: Inglés Knowledge: Limpieza, Servicio al cliente, Servicio de mesas, Atención al cliente, Gestión de reservas Keywords: anfitrión, host, hostess
