IT SUPPORT ANALYST

Responsibilities Handle user’s IT-related inquiries and issues Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related problems Coordinate with external IT service providers and vendors for hardware and software support and offer comprehensive support including procedural documentation to prevent future issues Assist with the installation, configuration, maintenance and upgrade of computers, printers, and other IT equipment Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant discipline At least 2 years of relevant working experience in IT applications, infrastructure support and/or service delivery Knowledge and experience in key technologies such as Windows 10/11, M365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Windows Server 2016, email Troubleshooting, Veeam backup, End-point Protection (Anti-Virus or EDR), VPN, PA and FortiGate Firewall will be an advantage Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
