About the company
WellAway is Singapore’s first and only HSA-registered e-Pharmacy, partnering with clinics, medical groups, and telemedicine providers to deliver medications safely and efficiently to patients’ homes.
Your tasks
Manage WellAway’s daily clinic operations, leading a team of pharmacists and support staff to ensure safe medication dispensing and excellent patient service. Opportunity to support business development and marketing based on interest and qualifications.
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient and safe medication dispensing
- Coordinate patient service, support clinic and doctor clients, and manage billing processes smoothly
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain compliance and quality
- Monitor e-pharmacy workflow and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance
- Lead, supervise, and motivate pharmacy staff to achieve performance and service goals
- Develop staff schedules and plan manpower to meet operational demands
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching to support staff development
- Coordinate onboarding, training, and continuous development programs for new and existing staff
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies
Requirements
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Nursing, or related discipline
- 2-3 years of work experience in the healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel features such as Macros
