Sales Staff

1. Adding new customers
2. Categorizing customer purchase types (distributor, retail, and tender)
3. Creating offers, negotiating prices, as well as providing information regarding opportunities and business calculations to customers
4. Supporting and bridging customer purchasing needs
5. Conducting presentations regarding product knowledge to customers
6. Building relationships with new or existing potential customers
7. Ensuring customer needs are met
8. Monitoring goods delivery to ensure it proceeds well to the customer's destination
9. Conducting routine visits or contacting customers via telephone calls
10. Providing information regarding product knowledge or other questions related to sales technicalities
11. Creating daily activity recaps and sales reports.
