Your tasks:

• You are experienced in creating quotations, monitoring, and processing orders and returns
• You maintain an overview of open orders and purchases and always keep delivery dates in view
• Communication with suppliers and customers is part of your daily business
• You are responsible for the billing of services rendered and are in contact with the technical department regarding upcoming installations
• Furthermore, you create reports and actively participate in the introduction of a new ERP-System
• You support the processing of orders and service contracts

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed commercial training as an Industriekaufmann (m/f/d), Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You have already been able to gain professional experience in a comparable area of responsibility
• Your way of working is extremely customer- and service-oriented, and you score points with accuracy and independence
• You enjoy working in a team and convince with very good analytical skills as well as a hands-on mentality
• Good English skills as well as proficient handling of common IT systems (MS Office) round off your profile
