Our Client is a well-known quasi public agency responsible for the promotion and development of a key sector of visible national interest to the population of Singapore. Reporting into the Chief Executive, the HR Lead is responsible for team of three across a total employee headcount of Business partner to HODs including advising on organizational strategies and manpower planning in relation to the organizational objectives and sustainability. Lead in performance management which includes staff performance review, staff discipline, staff promotion etc Assess and implement talent management agenda and training initiatives HR Operations & Administration Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes and contract renewals Lead the implementation of digitization initiatives Plan and implement engagement activities and staff socials. This HR Lead should be passionate towards developing human capital with 5+ years of HR experience in a managerial role. He/she can be a trained HR generalist with strong business partnering orientation, good knowledge of Singapore HR practices, as well as some HR transformation experience.
