This is what your daily work looks like

• Recording foreign orders, monitoring deadlines, coordinating logistics, and coordinating with freight forwarders, carriers, and customers
• Creating customs documents, checking customs rates, monitoring export licenses, and registering goods with customs
• Issuing commercial documents such as commercial and proforma invoices, certificates of origin, bills of lading, and supplier declarations
• Checking and processing letters of credit in accordance with documents, as well as monitoring payment terms
• Checking sanction lists, complying with embargoes and goods lists, and observing country-specific import regulations
• Correspondence with international customers, authorities, customs offices, banks, and logistics partners (mostly in English)

What distinguishes you for the job

• Completed commercial training (e.g., Kauffrau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung, Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau, Industriekauffrau)
• Knowledge of customs law
• Professional experience in order and export processing
• Good MS-Office skills
• English skills from A2 for daily customer and supplier contact
