REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, tourism, or a related field.
• Intermediate/advanced English.
• 2 years of experience in the position in all inclusive hotels, Grand tourism.
• Hotel operation.
• Reservation, check in, check out procedures.
• Use of Opera system.
• Office suite.

What will your functions be?

Perform the guest entry and exit process ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained to process charges correctly, as well as providing information and assistance as required by the guest, complying with the standards and norms established by the hotel to create a pleasant stay for the guest.
