We are looking for your talent as: FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

Objective:

Manage, supervise, and optimize the daily operation, satisfaction indices, and room assignment of the Front Desk department. Lead the team of supervisors and receptionists, resolve complex customer complaints, and guarantee high hospitality standards under an international standard.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in hotel administration, tourism, or a related field. 90% advanced English proficiency.

Work experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the position in 4-diamond category hotels and up.

Specific knowledge:

• Advanced level management of hotel PMS.
• Mastery of luxury service standards.
• Complaint resolution.
• Knowledge in night audit and operational finance.
• Advanced level management of Office Suite.

Functions:

• Plan, supervise, and control the operation of their departments, establishing high-quality service standards and norms.
• Maintain customer satisfaction indices in alignment with established strategic objectives.
• Manage assigned financial resources according to the annual budget.
• Guarantee the timely execution of the preventive maintenance program in the rooms.
• Attend to and satisfactorily resolve opportunity areas expressed by guests.
• Review the correct application of policies and procedures by the reception team, providing continuous feedback to guarantee customer satisfaction.
