Hotel Technology Specialist / Los Cabos
PAM Hotels is a luxury hotel group in different tourist destinations such as Mexico, Dominican Republic, and United States.
We are looking for your talent as:
HOTEL TECHNOLOGY SPECIALIST BASED IN LOS CABOS
Objective:
You will be responsible for ensuring an impeccable and cutting-edge experience for our guests through the use and support of technology, providing proactive and reactive technical assistance, resolving problems, and educating guests and collaborators on the use of our various technological platforms.
You will train collaborators to keep systems updated and in use. You will resolve technical problems quickly and efficiently to reduce the impact on hotel operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Advanced English, spoken and written
- Knowledge of PMS, CMS, Opera, Nuvola, or similar
- Passion for attention and customer service
- Desire for learning and development in the Information Technology area · Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel Front Office operations in positions such as: Front Desk Supervisor, Receptionist, Concierge
NOTE: Although the position has a technological component, experience in IT or Systems departments is not required nor considered for this position, as the focus is hotel front office.
