About the company

• Objective: To provide a warm and professional welcome to In House and Out House guests during their check-in process, identifying potential profiles for the presentation of the Vacational club. Your role is to kindly intercept visitors and channel them to the In House promoters to provide information and generate appointments for the sales rooms.

Your tasks

• Provide a cordial welcome that generates trust and openness to an initial conversation about the benefits of the vacation club.
• Qualify guests according to established criteria.
• Channel qualified guests to the In House Promoters team.
• Report daily the number of interactions, qualified prospects; etc.
• Follow up on any doubts or concerns that may arise.
• Ensure the satisfaction of internal and external customers according to the parameters established by Legendary Vacation Club.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Tourism Business Administration.
• Advanced English (90%)

Work Experience

• 1 year in the position, customer service, or similar.

Requirements
