Training and Quality Agent - Legendary Vacation Club

Call Center Quality and Training Agent (Call Auditor and course instructor)

Objective:

To train new Contact Center personnel as well as to monitor, in the role of Quality Auditor, the interactions through various communication channels between members and agents, in order to safeguard the customer experience and service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economic-Administrative or Educational areas.
• Advanced English
• Intermediate Portuguese is desirable
• Must reside in Cancún.

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience as a trainer or teacher.
• Experience in Vacation Club/ Hospitality is desirable.

Technical skills:

• Advanced level proficiency in Office Suite.
