Butler Supervisor - Forbes and AAA Experience

Your main functions will be:

• Supervise the daily operation of the Butler team.
• Guarantee compliance with Forbes Travel Guide and brand standards.
• Ensure the correct execution of personalized experiences for guests.
• Follow up on special requests, preferences, and individual requirements.
• Verify the quality of service offered in every interaction with the guest.
• Supervise effective communication between Butler Service and other operational areas.
• Manage incidents and opportunities for improvement focused on guest satisfaction.
• Train, develop, and accompany the team in the luxury service culture.
• Monitor satisfaction, reputation, and service quality indicators.
• Promote a culture centered on excellence, anticipation, and genuine service.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Administration, or related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in leadership positions within luxury hotels.
• Experience in Mayordomía, Butler Service, Concierge, Guest Experience, or Front Office.
• Experience in personalized service for high-level guests.

Languages

• Advanced English is indispensable.
• A third language will be valued.
