Bar Supervisor - with hotel experience

Your main functions will be:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate bar activities
• Manage service, support, and technical teams
• Supervise staff
• Manage operations
• Take bar inventory.
• Check equipment or machines and bar storerooms.
• Coordinate the execution of events that require the services of the bar area.
• Follow up on fruit requests previously made via email.
• Place bar orders through an inventory.
• Maintain control of temperature readings in the checklist for regulatory compliance.
• Organize and direct the staff under your charge, assigning tasks by shift.
• Provide the keys for each bar to its person in charge.

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or administration.
• 1 year as a bar supervisor in hotels of a similar category.
• Knowledge of teamwork, environmental and hygiene policies (Distintivo H), IT (office).
• Advanced level of English.
