Your tasks

Your main functions will be Opening the desk at established hours. Filing of plannings and digital controls. Handling guest complaints or suggestions at the pool. Providing quality in personalized service to meet the standards for the satisfaction of the guest staying at TRS. Providing courteous and professional service at all times. Pre and post-stay correspondence with the client. Following up on changes in department procedures, both internal and company-wide. Following up on guest requirements. Following up on VIP clients.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in administration, tourism, or hospitality. Technician in administration, tourism, or hospitality. 1 to 3 years working in the reception, concierge, or public relations department. Knowledge in customer service, conflict management. Knowledge of Office. Language management High level of English, speaking, translating and/or writing the language perfectly. Basic level of French, German, and Italian.-Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - Bachillerato Tecnológico 1 year of experience Age: between 27 and 40 years Knowledge: Commitment, Dynamism, Filing, Quality of service, Correspondence, Courtesy, Procedures, Follow-up, Client follow-up, Vision
