Monitor the daily operation of all Spa areas Control inventories (boutique products, professional use, and supplies) through the 2BEND system Manage attendance, payroll, breaks, vacations, and leaves Generate and review sales reports and daily closings (Bubbles system and internal reports) Guarantee compliance with standards, protocols, and service quality Drive sales of Spa products and services Attend to and resolve service complaints

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 25 and 40 years
• Knowledge: Ability to advise, Conflict resolution, Teamwork, Administration, Sales analysis, Service quality, Inventory, Microsoft excel, Reporting, Sales
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability to relocate: Yes
