We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to design and continuously develop our global C&B frameworks. As a Global Compensation & Benefits Expert, you will drive the development of processes and policies, translate data into valuable insights, and work closely with HR colleagues and managers to ensure competitive, compliant, and future-oriented remuneration models at PALFINGER. 1 Global Compensation & Benefits and Mobility Expert (f/m/d) WHAT TO EXPECT YOU
- Design, management, and continuous development of global Compensation & Benefits processes and policies for fair and competitive remuneration structures across all regions
- Management, establishment, and continuous development of salary structures as well as variable remuneration programs
- Responsibility for the governance and further development of the global PALFINGER Job Grading System
- Advising and supporting HR colleagues and managers on all C&B topics (e.g., Compensation Reviews, Job Offers, and other remuneration-related cases)
- Coordination and driving of global C&B projects and change initiatives, including stakeholder alignment, clean documentation, and consistent rollout within the organization
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed degree in Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant experience in the field of Compensation & Benefits, ideally within an international corporate structure
- Strong expertise in remuneration principles and practices (e.g., pay structures, incentive programs, benefits governance) - knowledge of job grading systems (e.g., gradar, Mercer, wtw) is an advantage
- High analytical skills and strong data affinity - knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
- Very good English as well as confident stakeholder communication and enjoyment of working in a global setup

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualification and professional experience, which can be significantly above the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 53,241.02 gross per year).
