Your tasks

To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg) or Vienna, we are looking for a CRM Project Manager (f/m/d). In this position, you will be responsible for cross-functional projects and part of the development of the global PALFINGER CRM solution. • Managing the development and introduction of the PALFINGER CRM solution from the initiation to the implementation phase, including ensuring timely delivery and alignment with corporate goals
• Supporting cross-departmental projects to optimize customer-oriented processes through digitalization and the targeted use of AI
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and IT to define project scope, objectives, and their results
• Monitoring the implementation and integration of the CRM system to ensure seamless operation and user acceptance

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in Customer Relationship Management and project management
• Understanding of CRM systems and processes and their implementation; experience with MS Dynamics 365 as well as ideally with AI projects or implementations is an advantage
• Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a structured working style
• Fluent English skills, German skills are an advantage
• If the place of work is Vienna, regular travel to the team in Salzburg is planned

We offer an attractive and performance-related salary based on qualifications and professional experience, which can be significantly above the collective agreement for this position (KV minimum based on full-time employment is EUR 54,359.06 gross per year).
