We are looking for Security Supervisor to join our team! Job Summary As a Security Supervisor, you will support the Security Manager in managing 24/7 security and fire-safety operations,supervise security officers, and ensure the safety and protection of guests,attractions, and property. As the Security Supervisor, we rely on you to: Assist the Security Manager in overseeing round-the-clock security and fire-safety operations to maintain a safe environment Supervise in-house/ outsourced security officers to ensure adherence to security protocols and effective team performance Implement and maintain adequate security measures to protect attractions and guest properties from loss, damage, and accidents Monitor and safeguard guests by proactively identifying and mitigating security risks Respond to and manage security incidents professionally and promptly to minimize impact Prepare clear and accurate incident and security reports to support operational review and compliance Work closely with Maintenance in ensuring the facilities management are well maintained We are looking for someone who: Experience working in the Attractions industry to understand specific security challenges and guest expectations Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders Detail-oriented with good organizational skills to manage multiple security tasks and documentation Professional discretion in handling sensitive information with integrity and ethical standards Problem-solving mindset with a positive, can-do attitude to address security challenges proactively
