Responsibilities: Guiding the R&D design team and overseeing the development of new products. Designing strategies for product development based on market requirements. Identifying new technologies, trends, and materials through market research. Managing schedules and coordinating R&D projects. Ensuring communication with other departments and compliance with quality standards. Required Qualifications: Engineering Degree (University/Technical Institute) Previous experience in a Research & Development department Excellent knowledge of engineering design Desirable knowledge of the design software SolidWorks Excellent knowledge of the English language Ability to manage a team and solve problems Benefits:
