VALET SPA

Education: High School (Certificate)

Objective: To guide and advise the guest during their experience in the hydrotherapy circuit, as well as to maintain the service areas of the Spa and Beauty Room in optimal condition to provide high-quality service.

Functions:

• Executes the setup and teardown of Spa and Beauty Room areas with their respective amenities and linen supplies.
• Performs tours with the guest to provide information on the use of the areas.
• Timely reports defects and details in the guest service areas to their supervisor for the corresponding follow-up.
• Receives and stores supplies and operating equipment based on the protocols established by the company.
