Your opportunity as Facilities Supervisor

Supervise the correct field execution of all electromechanical installations of the project (electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, HVAC, gas, voice and data), guaranteeing compliance with plans, technical specifications, applicable regulations, quality and safety standards, within established times and costs.

Main responsibilities:

• Verify the execution of installations according to plans, technical reports, and current regulations (NOM, RETIE, NEC, etc.).
• Ensure the correct laying of pipes, wiring, equipment mounting, racks, ducts, panels, etc.
• Validate functional, pressure, continuity, and commissioning tests.
• Control the correct use of materials, tools, and equipment.
• Coordinate activities of specialized installers and contractors.
• Verify the use of PPE, compliance with LOTO, working at heights, and hazardous energies.
• Guarantee the proper sequence of work between installations and civil works.
• Detect interferences between disciplines (architecture, structure, installations) and manage their resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly physical progress reports.
• Supervise that activities are executed according to the industrial safety program.
• Support the validation of estimates, generators, and work orders.
• Record incidents, progress, and validations in the construction log.
• Attend technical coordination meetings with other disciplines.

Requirements

• Electrical, mechanical, or related engineering
• 5 years of experience or more
• Availability to relocate to Republica dominicana during the contract
• Electrical and hydrosanitary standards.
• Interpretation of MEP plans.
• Testing and commissioning.
• Construction scheduling.
• Reading of technical reports.
