Education:

High School or Technical Career.

English A2+

Supervise the logistics and administration of the warehouse ensuring the care and handling of the Decoration operational equipment.

FUNCTIONS

• Supervises equipment deliveries for events by controlling entries and exits.
• Loading and unloading of equipment making correct use of warehouse tools.
• Supports the coordination of schedules for the personnel in charge for event setups and teardowns, guaranteeing the proper use of means for equipment transportation.
• Guarantees the effectiveness of physical warehouses, as well as the correct arrangement and storage of inventories.
• Verifies shortages of department supplies to report to the Manager so that the pertinent purchases are made according to the assigned budget.
