RECEPTION SUPERVISOR

Education: Bachelor's degree or Technical Career. Specific knowledge: Office software, Hotel Operating Systems, and TPV handling. English B2+

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Assign and supervise that the tasks of the receptionists are fulfilled according to the policies and procedures established in the company to guarantee quality service to the guest.

FUNCTIONS

  • Supervises the correct operation of the department during the arrival process, during the stay, and the guest's departure.
  • Supports the reception in the check in and check out processes when the operation requires it.
  • Records the arrivals of the day to detect any last-minute reservation and performs the room pre-assignment according to availability.
  • Verifies that the personnel in charge make appropriate use of the work equipment, the requisition of bracelets, and that the petty cash is complete.
  • Ensures that the vouchers in the reception cash register comply with the authorized signatures for payment.
  • Validates that all charges and credits reflected in the new entry cashier report are correctly registered and collected in the system.
