GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Guarantee the sale of Spa, Golf, and Tours services through prior contact according to the objectives established by the department. Ensure timely responses in the Tours Info and Teetimes leagues based on established protocols.

FUNCTIONS

• Contact the member in advance to perform sales activities via email and/or telephone call.
• Attend to any request related to the department through the Application and the Palace Resorts chat.
• Execute the entry of reservations into the system for follow-up and closing of the sale.
• Maintain effective communication with the involved departments to follow up on special requests from the member.
• Make a courtesy call once the member is on the property and provide assistance if required.
• Assign Tour Information and Teetimes requests for follow-up.
• Execute the reservations of the member's included benefits during their stay.
