About the position: We are looking for a Project Manager-JR who can support the planning, coordination, and control of high-luxury hotel projects, ensuring timely monitoring of schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, and document control, contributing to the fulfillment of scope, quality, cost, and time objectives established by the Project Management department.
Required Profile:
Education - Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related. Desirable to have certifications in project management (PMI, Lean Construction, BIM, ISO).
Experience - Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in construction project coordination, participation in real estate, hotel, vertical, or large-scale projects (desirable >100,000 m²), experience in monitoring schedules, budgets, and document control. Desirable experience in tourism projects or vertical construction of luxury apartments.
Tools: -Project management: MS Project (basic-intermediate level). -Document control platforms: Autodesk Construction Cloud. -BIM coordination (reading and review): Revit, Navisworks. -ERP and budget control: SAP (user level). -Dashboards and analysis: Advanced Excel, Power BI (desirable). -Minutes management and follow-up: Teams, SharePoint. -Blueprint review: AutoCAD (reading).

Responsibilities: -Follow up on the master schedule and detailed schedules by discipline. -Support the preparation of executive reports on physical and financial progress. -Coordinate follow-up meetings and generate minutes with agreements and responsible parties. -Follow up on RFIs, submittals, and project document control. -Support change control and impact analysis on time and cost. -Supervise the update of project dashboards and KPIs. -Coordinate the integration of information between design, engineering, and construction. -Support bidding processes and review of technical proposals. -Perform site visits to follow up on progress and report incidents. -Ensure information traceability for internal audits or investors.
Knowledge: -Fundamentals of project management (PMI or similar). -Preparation and monitoring of schedules (basic critical path). -Basic budget control and CAPEX monitoring. -Reading and interpretation of architectural plans and MEP engineering. -Change control and RFI management. -Interdisciplinary coordination (architecture, structures, MEP). -General knowledge of construction processes and hotel standards.
