Requirements:

• Knowledge in sales
• Minimum 6 months of experience
• Advanced English.

Functions:

• Contact the member well in advance to perform sales activities via email and/or telephone call.
• Executes the entry of reservations into the system for follow-up and sales closing.
• Maintains effective communication with the involved departments to follow up on special requests from the member.
• Makes a courtesy call once the member is at the property and provides assistance if required.
• Executes the booking of the member's included benefits during their stay.
