Your opportunity

We are looking for a Performance Analyst who goes beyond report generation. Your main challenge will be to convert data into decisions, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement that allow for elevating commercial performance. You will be responsible for analyzing information, measuring the impact of implemented strategies, and generating insights that translate into concrete actions for the business.

Main responsibilities

• Analyze KPIs, commercial results, and indicator behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop dashboards, rankings, comparisons, and analysis tools that facilitate decision-making.
• Measure and follow up on the impact of implemented commercial strategies.
• Identify deviations and opportunities for improvement through information analysis.
• Generate actionable insights and recommendations oriented toward improving performance.
• Follow up on strategy results and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Work directly with the area's Management on analysis and strategic projects.
• Present information in a clear and executive manner to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

• +4 years of experience in data analysis, Business Intelligence, Performance, Commercial Intelligence, or related areas.
• Advanced Excel.
• SQL and Python programming languages.
• Proficiency in Power BI.
• Knowledge and application of Artificial Intelligence tools and data analysis.
• Ability to interpret information and detect patterns, trends, and opportunities.
• High attention to detail and precision in handling information.
• Analytical thinking and results orientation.
• Ability to communicate findings and convert them into actionable recommendations.
