FUNCTIONS
- Offers a warm welcome to the guest, assigning tables according to availability.
- Prepares the formats for guest check-in records.
- Performs the guest introduction to the person who will provide the food and/or beverage service.
- Prepares the necessary identifiers to signal the food on the buffet line, replacing those in poor condition and/or updating those required by the operation based on the menu of the day. (Applies to Consumption Centers).
- Sends the guest attendance and assigned tables report to the area manager.
