Requirements:

  • Adequately perform the beach opening, transporting the necessary equipment for rescues to the lifeguard tower, as well as the first aid kit, in order to guarantee accident prevention and proper rescues.
  • Ensure prevention on the beach, performing general inspections of designated areas, alerting swimmers with whistle codes in order to control and prevent accidents in the sea.
  • Supervise that the facilities, regulations, and flags are in good condition, reporting any damage to the Security Department Supervision.
  • Adequately maintain the established presentation standards, wearing the uniform and rescue equipment correctly in order to guarantee quality service.
  • Execute, if necessary, rescues and salvages in a timely and proper manner based on already established procedures, applying specific techniques with the necessary equipment and taking the necessary precautions in order to avoid major accidents.
