SHIFT MANAGER

Specific knowledge:

• Knowledge in Hotel Operation and PC Management.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.

Job Characteristics

Objective: To monitor the hotel's operational areas, implementing necessary actions in a timely and proper manner to guarantee quality service to guests, complying with the policies and procedures established by the Operations Directorate.

Performs

• In a timely and proper manner, the follow-up on pending items and the hotel Daily in order to know the events and activities to be carried out during the day and guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Proper management of incidents and complaints presented by the guest, prepares reports, and follows up on immediate actions in order to avoid future problems and guarantee quality services.
• Executive on-call duties in a timely and proper manner and based on already established procedures.
• In case of absence, the representation of the hotel management to manage the most relevant complaints and emerging or urgent operational situations.
• Daily audits of operation standards, ensuring compliance with them.
