Maintenance Manager - All Inclusive Hotel

Requirements:

• Experience: 5 years in the position.
• Education: Industrial, Electromechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or related.
• Advanced English. B1+

Objective:

To ensure that maintenance activities are carried out properly for the optimal functioning of the property's facilities in accordance with the procedures and standards established by the company.

FUNCTIONS

• Maintains strict control and correct recording of energy readings and the budget, as well as compliance with department objectives.
• Manages new projects and facility improvements.
• Handles official inspections and follows up on requirements arising from them.
• Makes proposals for new equipment and infrastructure acquisitions, based on the analysis of operational needs.
• Performs technical analysis of new acquisition equipment to be used in operations, verifying its functionality, efficiency, and savings.
• Verifies the application of new technologies and systems that contribute to performance and energy savings at the property.

Specific knowledge:

Office software, Administrative Control, Resource Management, Official Standards, Control and management of energy, Basic knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience in construction works and openings.
