Your Opportunity

As Corporate Quality Manager, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the quality and continuous improvement strategy for real estate projects. Likewise, you will develop the Quality Management System, standardize processes, lead audits, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards, contributing to the reduction of rework, cost optimization, and excellence in project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

• Define the quality and continuous improvement strategy for real estate projects.
• Design, implement, and strengthen the Quality Management System.
• Develop and update corporate standards, processes, and control methodologies.
• Supervise compliance with quality standards in all stages of the projects.
• Lead internal and external audits, ensuring the follow-up of findings.
• Implement continuous improvement programs focused on operational efficiency and rework reduction.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, procedures, and certifications.
• Develop performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards for decision-making.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive action plans.
• Promote training and the adoption of organizational best practices.

Requirements:

• Verifiable minimum 8 years of experience in Quality Management in the construction sector.
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of Lean Construction, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Technical knowledge of process standardization
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of BIM, ACC, Neodata, Procore platforms
• ISO 9001, ISO 45001 regulations
