Your opportunity

As Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and strengthening the corporate quality strategy for all The Palace Company infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with the highest construction standards, the standardization of processes, and continuous improvement in every stage of our developments. Your impact will be key to guaranteeing projects with high levels of quality, minimizing rework, optimizing costs, and ensuring deliveries aligned with the standards of a luxury hospitality brand.

Main responsibilities

• Define and implement the corporate quality strategy for hotel construction projects.
• Design, manage, and strengthen the Quality Management System.
• Standardize processes, procedures, technical specifications, and inspection methodologies.
• Supervise compliance with quality standards during all stages of the project.
• Lead internal and external audits, as well as the follow-up of findings and action plans.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and reduction of rework.
• Ensure compliance with applicable national and international regulations.
• Develop indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards for quality performance monitoring.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with different areas and contractors.
• Promote an organizational culture oriented toward quality, standardization, and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for

• Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience leading quality systems in construction projects.
• Experience in hotel projects, large-scale developments, or high-complexity infrastructure.
• Advanced English.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Construction, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience implementing Quality Management Systems.
• Mastery of construction processes and site standardization.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with platforms such as BIM, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, Neodata, or similar.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 standards, as well as technical standards applicable to the construction sector.
